Great location, spacious rooms. Front office staff exceptionally welcoming. One staff member resembles President Macron. Friendly staff fluent in English. Excellent breakfast with amazing sausage. Suite rooms have large bathrooms and separate cloth rooms. Peaceful and quiet rooms despite busy area. Wonderful service, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. A perfect blend of old French charm and modern luxury. Highly recommended property.

Our three-day stay reminded me of a special experience, reminiscent of stepping into a fairytale castle. The peace and tranquility of the hotel made it the perfect retreat after busy days exploring Paris. I must admit, however, that the gym was a bit underwhelming and could use more equipment. Despite this minor setback, our overall experience at Hotel Lancaster was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique stay in Paris.

Everything was fantastic.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always had a smile on their faces. We were amazed by the personalized welcome letter and snacks waiting for us in our room. The facility was fancy, clean, and smelled good at all times. The breakfast experience was also impressive, with a delicious French breakfast served to our seat and the option to have breakfast delivered to our room. the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we couldn't find any complaints at all.

Some staff members lacked professionalism and the level of service was not consistent throughout the stay.

The hotel is an absolute gem, with an atmosphere of luxury and exclusivity. the staff is incredibly attentive and helped me with everything I needed, from the in-room breakfast to the private facilities. the room had an elegant and stylish design, with impeccable furnishings and beautiful historic details. the spa & wellness center offered a very high standard of health club services, including a sauna, Jacuzzi, and full body massage. the restaurant's 2 Michelin stars were well-deserved, with a selection of special diet menus and delicious dinner options.

The only minor issue was the slight noise from the beautiful historical double windows and original doors, that are also what make this hotel so unique and special. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this venue.
